My Approach

We take our bodies for granted and as a rule. don’t look after them. So how can we start to show our body and ourselves more more compassion to ourselves? It starts by listening to what the body is telling us.

I’ve been treating people since 2012 after I qualified as a sports massage therapist with the Oxford School of Sports Massage. Since then, I’ve gone onto study other modalities, including the fascial lines of the body defined byAnatomy Trains TM, and the energetic body

Using fascial release as well as other massage techniques., I specialise in relieving tension in shoulders and neck as well as around the hips and lower back a lot of which is caused by our day to day living.

My Values and My Vision

To provide a safe space where people can feel listened to and understood and feel like their included. Where they can start to find a new awareness of their body that will allow them to see it in a new light.

As your awareness of your body grows, you’ll start to notice how you stand, and how your body feels and why. You’ll start to realise that all your body wants to do is move, because that’s what it was designed to do and you’ll start to realise that you’re body does some really crazy and special things for you that is mindblowing!
